1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

We recommend reporting any delivery damage within 48 hours of receiving your order to ensure a faster resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
Because our couches are large furniture items, we are unable to accept returns for preference-based decisions.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a refund (less any exchange and payment processing fees) at any time before it has been shipped. However, if you request a cancellation more than 24 hours after placing your order, a $100 USD administrative fee (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the logistics and operational costs involved in processing and preparing your order for shipment.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed promptly, though it may take up to 20 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that once your order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If there is a verified issue upon delivery, our Return Policy will apply.
